This 44-year-old female lost over 100 lbs. after a weight loss surgery. After stabilizing at her goal weight, she wanted to have her breasts and arms addressed. She underwent a simultaneous arm lift and breast lift to remove significant excess skin and correct breast drooping/deflation secondary to the weight loss. She is shown 3 months after surgery.
