Case Details

This is a 67-year-old female who desired facial rejuvenation. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, face/neck lift, and full-face erbium laser. She additionally underwent fat grafting the backs of her hands to restore volume and reverse the characteristic signs of aging. She is shown nearly 1 month after surgery.
