Case Details

This 34-year-old patient has had three pregnancies and was bothered by deflation and drooping of her breasts, extra skin and loose muscles of her abdomen, and stubborn fat deposits on the flanks. She underwent an abdominoplasty, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, and breast augmentation with 310cc moderate profile silicone implants with simultaneous mastopexy. She is shown 3 months after surgery.
